All our clients receive free email and telephone assistance with any hardware or software problems. 

Anyone is welcome to use the Forum  for hardware/software help.

Problems with Windows (3.1 to XP), Microsoft or other software, laptops, scanners, printers, modems, digital cameras, handheld PDAs and most other peripherals will initially be resolved by email or telephone, but if a visit is necessary, due to travelling time (and costs) we prefer to cover only the eastern Scottish borders.

Hardware upgrades or repairs generally require a visit and are similarly limited.

Impartial advice on software for a specific purpose is available from accounting (Sage, Quicken etc), through 'Office' software to specialised agricultural packages such as Farmade or Farmplan.
